3 Month Progress
Changing habits takes time. A longer term coaching relationship can really boost success, increase accountability and help you to feel supported in your journey.
Work with me over a 3 month period to create the progress you want to see.
This Progress Package includes 6 x 1 hour coaching sessions, two weeks apart to give you time to implement your action plan, without feeling rushed.
You will receive daily motivational emails from me, to keep you inspired and moving forward. We will be in email contact throughout the process, so you can always reach out for guidance if you get stuck or overwhelmed.
You will also have a call with me a week after your sessions end, to check in on progress and ensure you are on track.
