Hi, I'm Chloe. Helping women create ACTUAL CHANGE in their lives is my passion. I do this by helping them build confidence and energy through simple, no-nonsense health and mindset shifts.
Let’s be honest — at any point after the 40 mark, life can feel like it's been turned upside down. Between the hormonal shifts and endless list of peri-menopuase symptoms if those arrive for you, career demands, family stress, aging parents, teenagers (or an empty nest), or perhaps young children, it’s no wonder you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and a bit lost in the noise.
I've lived my own mix of all of it, and I'm 47 right now, so it's ongoing, but started around 43 for me. I've learned a lot in my own journey, and fortunately already had a lot of knowledge that helped me to help myself, and also advocate for myself when it came to addressing my hormones.
Having worked as a Life and Wellness Coach for over 16 years, I now focus a lot on accountability coaching in the health and wellbeing area, including weight loss. My clients tend to know the things they need and want to do in order to lose weight, get fit, feel healthier, happier and more confident. However, they tell me they just don't stick to it, feel they've failed and are always "falling off plan".

With qualifications as a Life Coach and a Nutritional Adviser, and my own personal journey with a large weight loss and transformation in health, I have a MASSIVE passion for helping other women create their own transformation and reap the rewards.
