Hey, I'm Chloe. I've been a Life Coach for 15 years and I've worked with hundreds of women to help them move their lives forward and create changes they've been wanting to make for years. Sometimes, they don't even realise what it is they want to change, and their sessions with me have helped them work it out.
Sometimes in life we want to create change. Often, we don't know where to start and we can end up thinking we have to change everything in order to make a difference. I'm here to tell you that's not true! And in fact, aiming for perfection and getting it all right straight away can be a fast track to self-sabotage and giving up. Studies show that making changes bit by bit is a much better way to go about things. Life is messy and imperfect, so are we!!
So, why Life Coaching? Coaching with me isn't just accountability or support. Through my coaching we can boost your mood, promote better health, help you re-discover where happiness lies in your life, what inspires you and makes you feel fulfilled. You can learn to set better boundaries, to say no, to resist the people pleasing tendencies you may have given in to and start to reclaim your power and do what YOU want to do, for YOU!!
Mid-life is a time that women struggle with hormone changes, perhaps with no idea what is happening to them. It is also when lots of women grapple with their families growing up and leaving home. There may also be older parents in the mix who need our time and attention. To top that off, we can feel disillusioned with what we do day to day.
Our purpose, that may have been defined by either our career or motherhood, may have slipped away or changed and become less fulfilling or needed. And as I often hear "I want to feel like me again". I think we can feel ourselves again, but I also think it's a version of ourselves that we haven't yet embraced. At this stage of our life we have so many opportunities, often more time to explore them, but we may not feel like doing any of it! We can also find ourselves doing things like endlessly scrolling on social media rather than finding the focus to explore those things we want to do.
What I love is using my coaching, programmes, workshops and retreats to help other women unlock their potential. Step into their new shoes. Feel empowered by the possibilities they have ahead.
