This is for anyone who knows what they need or want to be doing, but isn't following through. This works especially well for health and wellbeing related goals such as overhauling what you eat, losing weight, starting a fitness or walking regime. On-line weekly 30 minute sessions with voice and message support.
Your programme will be tailored to your needs, ranging from 1 to 3 months with 60 minute online sessions and support in between. This is deeper coaching work to help you raise your self-awareness, cultivate your goals and aims, understand yourself better and start taking action to get where you want to be.
Sometimes we could all use a safe space to unpack where we are and what we want to achieve. Doing this with a coach offers the opportunity to gain real clarity, without judgement or being told what to do. This can help you find the perspective you need to make progress in your life.
